My name is Danielle Kelsey (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering telehealth therapy to folks in Missouri & Idaho. And I am so glad you're here.

If you are reading this, you must be experiencing something difficult - externally, internally, or both. Regardless of what your past was like or what difficulties you face, it's important to me that you know this: you have choice in who you become. Jean Paul Sartre once said, “We are constantly creating ourselves through action.” Our therapy sessions can act as a framework to help you determine who you want to create, and what actions it will take to get you there.

After getting to know your unique strengths and needs, we will work together to choose a treatment duration and therapy modality that suites you. I specialize in using ACT, EMDR, embodiment practices, and "parts work" to address trauma, depression, and anxiety in folks ages 13+. I am neurodivergent-friendly and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I also have experience working with psychosis, grief, chronic health issues, spiritual trauma, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.

Our sessions may include trauma reprocessing, discussing relationship patterns, exploring values, building distress tolerance skills, learning mindfulness, or practicing embodiment.
